Do Not Grow Weary

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

— Galatians 6:9 (NIV)

Some days demand more from us than we feel we have to give. We wake up with good intentions, determined to serve, love, and show up well—but by the end of the day, exhaustion sets in. We’ve poured ourselves out for everyone else, leaving nothing behind for rest or joy.

God sees every moment of faithfulness, even when it feels unnoticed. He knows your heart. He sees the sacrifices you make—both big and small—and He promises they are never wasted. Every act of kindness, every prayer whispered in weariness, and every seed planted in obedience is working toward a future harvest.

Though we may not see immediate results, God assures us that the seeds we sow will bloom in His perfect timing. When the world cannot offer rest, God invites us to rest in Him. He is faithful to renew our strength and bring forth fruit from our perseverance.

Heavenly Father, When I feel tired and worn down, help me remember that You see me. Thank You for valuing every act of obedience and every sacrifice made in love. Renew my strength when I am weary, and help me trust Your timing for the harvest. Teach me to rest in You when the world offers none. I place my heart, my efforts, and my exhaustion in Your hands today. In Jesus name, Amen.
