When “Me Time” Still Feels Empty

The world teaches us to pour into ourselves.
but have you ever imagined a cup trying to fill itself?
No matter how you try the contents of the cup will pour out and if it’s already empty, it cannot be filled without outside influence.
You can’t pour from an empty cup and your can’t fill yourself.
Scripture reminds us to abide in Him.
“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” John 15:7 NIV
When we try to fill our own hearts, we end up:

•Restless
•Searching for more
But when we turn to God, something shifts.
His presence brings:
•Peace that settles your spirit
•Comfort that reaches deeper than emotions
•Fullness that doesn’t fade when life gets busy again
What Happens When We Turn “Me Time” Into God Time?

What if your quiet moments weren’t about escaping your life…
but reconnecting with the One who sustains it?

You’re Not Meant to Do This Alone
