I looked over and saw Sasha staring at me with her big shiny beautiful eyes. She was watching every move I made. I told her I was so happy we rescued her and her tail gave me a few wags as she started doing her happy wiggle. She continued to look at me and all I was thinking was this is probably how I’m going to be when I get to heaven. I’ll sit down beside Jesus and just stare at him with happiness in my eyes and say, “Tell me again how you rescued me from the bad place?”
